Plastic moulding for over 20 years

TEKSAE Srl was established in 2001 by Andrea Spagnoli, who had been working in plastics since 1982, and his wife Edmea Balatresi. Since the beginning our aim has been customer loyalty modelled on excellence, and even though production processes have changed over the years, meeting customer application requirements has remained a constant.

Thanks to experience acquired in the field, we now support mould manufacturers and producers in the structural analysis of components, the selection of compounds, and assembly and packaging processes. The company is run by Mr. Spagnoli with the assistance of his offspring, and the company’s mission has always been to ensure that the production process is lean, timely, minimises production costs, and focuses on product quality and lifetime.

The production department

Our production department has 18 injection moulding machines (Arburg and Fanuc) for single and dual-material parts and 2 blow moulding machines. We can process from 0.1 to 650 grammes, operate a continuous cycle 7 days a week, and always have 2 moulding machines at 50% load to fulfil urgent requirements within 24 hours.

We are very particular about the level of hygiene on our premises, which are tiled and equipped with stainless steel mosquito screens, high-speed doors and systems for cleansing the air and controlling insects. It is this focus on the cleanliness of our production department that enabled us to obtain 13485 certification and process components in contact with food, in compliance with Italian food safety standards (M.O.C.A.), two attributes that demonstrate our reliability as a supplier for the food and medical sectors.

Production

We follow every project from start to finish, from choosing compounds through to creating the mould, post production and packaging operations, for the entire lifecycle.
We are currently able to process more than 60 different plastic compounds, and the most suitable is selected for every project on the basis of the application of the finished component.

Our covered premises extend over 2800 m2, and include a warehouse where we implement Kanban logistics and guarantee delivery in 24 hours from the time of ordering, so that our customers are not unexpectedly left without the components they need for their work flows.
